Mark your calendar: the SGA’s 2012 Fall Meeting is set for Saturday, October 27th, at the Columbus Museum, just east of downtown Columbus on Wynnton Road (32.46687,-84.97395).
We will meet to hear papers and for a brief business meeting on Saturday morning at the Columbus Museum’s Patrick Theater. Registration is $10 for members, $15 for non-members. Family rate available. After a lunch break, we’ll tour the National Civil War Naval Museum, on Victory Drive south of downtown Columbus (32.44700,-84.97983).
Meeting organizers have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn, 2800 Manchester Expressway (32.50585,-84.95230). The rate is $79 per night and includes a hot breakfast. The toll-free number is 888-465-4329; the front desk number is 706-324-0231. The hotel is about five miles from the Museum.
